Cardiff bay apartment with parking

Location is fab (2 mins walk to asda, aldi etc) plenty of room for what we needed, nice to have a little outdoor space and dedicated parking

Bit hard to find, good response from the owners though (you need to turn right on off the main road right again to the parking) bit cobwebby but worth putting up with. Doors stuck a bit but with a shove could open

This is the most disappointing place we have stayed at. The only positive is an allocated parking space close to the flat.

1. Overbearing sewerage smell from bathroom. With plug in air fresheners in all rooms trying to mask this. - Asked owner for refund of second night as we could not & did not stay! Owner denied there was any bad smell & would not refund. - We should have paid attention to previous reviews regarding the bad smells. 2. Very badly maintained and very rough presentation of property. (Felt like a cheap rental flat) - Cleanliness was also low. Had to give kitchen a good clean before using. 3. Could not find property as no directions. Had to call owner twice after 30 minutes of looking.

Easy to find and lots of space in the apartment

Would have been good to have some instructions about the TVs, some pegs for the clothes line and enough towels for everyone.

Spacious ,neutral decorated

The parking wasn’t clear, or how to get to the apartment. Could be better by being a bit more homely. Pictures on the wall maybe. But maybe the host doesn’t want anything taken.
