Cosy Central Buxton Terraced House

Brilliant location, short walk to opera house, restaurants, supermarket etc. Excellent kitchen and bathroom- both modern and beautifully decorated. Bathroom had a great bath and a great walk in shower. Plenty of hot water. Spacious bedrooms with lots of drawer space, nice bedside tables and plenty of clean towels. Bedrooms both very light and airy. Comfortable beds. Lovely outdoor terrace with views. Super large TVs screens in master bedroom and lounge. Separate dining room and lounge. Quiet street.

I generally prefer properties that do not allow pets. This one allows pets - so good for pet owners, if not perfect for me. There are one or two things that could be improved upon in property i.e a full length mirror would be good plus an additional wardrobe. Currently the one very decent sized wardrobe on landing is shared between the the two bedrooms.

Lovely little house with everything you could need. Very comfy beds, sofas. Clean. Good communication with owner. Would rebook if in the area again.

The front of the house needs a little attention, front door needs a paint, just to make the kerbside appearance more appealing

It was as per the photos. Spotlessly clean inside. Within walking distance of all amenities. Lovely Park within a minute’s walk of property for quick dog walk. Ten minutes walk to a local Forrest beauty spot where dog could be off lead. Lovely terrace which got sun all day. Buxton is a lovely town.

Lack of parking though we did manage to get parked close to the property for most of our stay. Large tree at front blocked light as did the dirty front window. Needed a full length mirror inside. None of this is a deal breaker. Would stay again and definitely recommend.

Clean, comfortable and ideal location near the centre of Buxton. Well equipped with everything we needed.

We had a fantastic stay! The host was absolutely lovely, and the welcome package was such a thoughtful touch. The location couldn't be better - surrounded by great shops, restaurants, and a beautiful park. The house itself is gorgeous, very comfortable, and felt like a true home away from home. The garden area is lovely and perfect for relaxing. We especially appreciated how dog-friendly the property is. Check-in was seamless, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Highly recommend!

Excellent location lovely spacious terraced house. Enormous bed in main bedroom.

Only negative is the work top in the kitchen, which is a minor point.
