Room was not cleaned more than 2 week , reception guy told me it’s forbidden to wear slippers but everyone using, I need to wash my feets because it’s get black from the dust, AC wasn’t working, room was very hot, mices was running in the room, no toilet paper, AC SERVICE COME TO ROOM AT 9 AM AND LASTED AT 11 AM WHILE WERE SLEEPING AND DISTURB US ??!!! don’t even think about
