room was clean and the house was spotless

location at night wasnt ideal gunshots being fired in the middle of the night . and the mattress was really uncomfortable

"Not a bad way to save money."

The house looked brand new. Very clean with the exception of a few hairs in the bathroom.

There seems to be a permanent tenant in the house. he looked at us strangely when we entered the house, but then turned around and didn’t even say hi. it made us feel unwelcomed. On the way toward the house (1 block away), there seemed to be a few run down houses. There were sketchy people outside, but hopefully they were just young people headed out on the town. I honestly wasn’t sure. The property itself is nice. It seems to be the nicest house in the block.
