The hotel is run down and pretty filthy. Hairs in the bathroom, stains and mold, murky water in the pool. The hotel made us promise we leave a 10/10 review or they mark it as "didn't stay at the property", very shady practices, so don't trust all-positive reviews.
USRoom was old and felt run down. Shower head fixture broken, bedside lamp fixture also broken. Curtain couldn't close properly. We had a random extra old mattress leaned up against the wall.

Don’t stay here. Really extremely overpriced for how bad of a service you get. My shower stopped working mid shower, curtains don’t close, wifi/ac doesn’t work, breakfast is really bad, really dusty/outdated everywhere. They only gave us a quarter of our money back and forced us to cancel on booking.com so they don’t have to pay comission. When I called reception about my shower she hung up on me and told me the manager is still sleeping. She came up to our room after me calling several times and let us use a dirty room to shower. She told us the room will be free but refused to give me my money back (apparently what she meant is letting us use a working shower was the free part, even though that is what we are already paying for). They claimed that I should have left if I didn’t want to pay but it was late at night when I checked in so I didn’t use the shower until morning. Terrible place!
CNWhen I arrived, Reception told me no room is available.... Wtf, I use my credit card to book rooms successfully, and you told me no room on my arrival? If no room, why do you accept pre-booking????? Ridiculous! Your hotel only want to earn money, regardless of guests' booking. You should be ashamed. Worst experience at all....

SKGBThis hotel honestly exceeded my expectations. Plentiful breakfast, very helpful staff , gave lots of advices about our stay in Tashkent. You can also book a sauna and pool for yourself for free
