The hotel is brand new and relatively well equipped. We particularly loved the private rooftop terrace with ocean views, as well as the indoor hotel patio with flowing water streams. Overall, the room felt comfortable, and we very much appreciated the coffee facilities available, which allowed us to enjoy coffee from our private terrace every morning. Staff was kind and let us stay one extra hour prior to check-out, which we were thankful for. We also enjoyed the beach facilities available free of charge at the sister property Punta Zicatela Hotel, a perfect location to watch the sunset and have a drink.

The design may not be the most appropriate for a hotel located in the middle of a village, close to the main commercial street, where there is a lot of noise, music and traffic. Our room was semi open (which was not properly described or visible in the property´s photos), which at night meant we were awaken every other hour by the roosters next door and motorcycles passing by. Also, there is another new hotel that´s been built just across the street, whose restaurant faced our terrace. This not only limits privacy and partially blocks ocean views, but also made our room smell of food in the evenings (luckily the restaurant closed fairly early and did not seem to have many customers). We would definitely recommend the hotel to provide complimentary ear plugs and mosquito repellent, or think of something to make up for the flawed design so that clients can have some proper rest. If you are a light sleeper, you may wish to reconsider booking a room here.

The hotel is brand new and beautifully designed. The staff is kind, but brand new as well and the communication between them is not yet optimized. We had several requests that were approved by one shift, just to find that the next shift had no idea.

The hotel is very open (open walls), which is fantastic, but means that if you are not used to sleep with a LOT of noise, it is very hard to rest. Highly recommend to bring ear plugs with you. With those, we made it work.

I adored the room, it was so well designed & very chic. So nice to have hot water too, as a lot of properties don't. The courtyard was gorgeous & has such a calm feel. I did love the French press & coffee/kettle in the room, was perfect to sit on the balcony in the morning.

Very expensive, I would have expected a little breakfast to be included in the price, but I only spent 1 night there & there was a fridge to store some food for the morning. I knew the area was busy, but just to keep in mind it's on a very busy street in la Punta, & there is traffic & roosters from very early in the morning.
