Milano Relax Room

Everything was nice

I really enjoyed my stay at the accommodation. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed, and the area was quiet and relaxing. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. The view from the balcony was amazing, and the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my visit. Overall, it was a great experience.

Great amenities, especially the clothes washing machine. Room separation gavnice privacy from other renters in the apartment. Apartment was very clean and our room was nice with linens, towels, etc. all included. Fabrizio is an awesome host!

Beds weren't the most comfy. Challenging sharing the apartment with other renters at times, but not too bad. We struggled to find cleaning supplies to clean the kitchen after making meals.

The balcony and gardens were nice. Good instructions to enter. Good size kitchen with balcony. Good price. Walking distance to metro Cologne Nord.

Shower curtain not clean. Towels smelt of tobacco even though laundered. Toilet paper removed from bathroom. Bed not great. Place felt tired and was very dark.

The only positive thing was the owner communication regarding certain issues which we found , he was responsive but not effective in certain situations we had.Location is good if you have a car and a park can be found around the area for free or 5 min away for 2 Euro all day which will be next to the train station Cologne Nord.

It's a shared apartment and we did not know what to expect, never had this before , first thing when we came inside the apartment was a horrific smell of fish and other mixtures of smells , obviously kitchen is open and everyone can cook whatever they want.The bathroom was dirty and the toilet even worse.Our room as you can see in the pictures had a broken door and only one socket worked.The sheets was used also the cover was dirty, we contavt the owner and next day he change the sheets but not the cover .The shower was ridiculous , the bath was blocked by hair and the water did not go .I was happy that I go from.that place because is nothing there to come back.I just advice the owner to start make some changes and renovation.
