Mi è difficile giudicare dato il disagio correlato all'impianto di riscaldamento non funzionante che probabilmente è stato sottovalutato. Da segnalare che trattandosi di un attico, all'alba sono presenti dei piccioni rumorosi sopra la zona notte.
