Please note that the shuttle service to Aonang is available at 11:00 and 14:30. The shuttle will pick up guests from Aonang at 15:00 and 17:30. The location in a very nice beach. Beautiful sands and views. Breakfast very good and lots of choice

The steps. About 65-70 up and down from reception to beach . Decor was clean but the colour made it look dated being a shade of orange

"It is not what we expected. Not good attitude from the staff. Too small and always something missing."

Nothing.

The location is not good. There are no bicycles as it is stated in the advertisement. When we asked to rent - we were told that the bikes are for maintenance. Same was with the shattel bus. The staff was not informed about the stuff in the resort and the announced offers. You have to be ready to hear - this meal/drink is over, we don’t have that, etc. Nobody was mailed the beach area. The swimming pool was not clean and the sun beds are not enough.

La situación en primera línea de playa, sin tener que cruzar carretera, directamente a la playa, con un paisaje espectacular. La comida muy rica, especialmente el pescado a la plancha. La tranquilidad del alojamiento frente a la caótica Ao Nang.

El hecho de que tener que bajar y subir a la vez muchísimas escaleras para llegar a la piscina de los elefantes, al restaurante de comidas y cenas, el loby del hotel y a la playa. No existe ascensor para ello, lo que lo hace impracticable para personas con movilidad reducida o problemas para subir y bajar escaleras. No lo anuncian que el hotel sea así. Deberían indicarlo.

Gutes Essen, sehr schöner und sauberer Strand.

Das Personal wirkt, für Thailand eher ungewöhnlich, reserviert bis unfreundlich und arbeitet nicht immer kundenorientiert. Die Zimmer und Gebäude generell haben eine Renovierung nötig, das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis stimmt deshalb nicht. Getränkepreise zu hoch. Durch die Hanglage sind überall Treppen zu bewältigen. Aus diesem Grund ist das Resort für gehbehinderte Menschen keinesfalls geeignet!
