Calua City Center

This property 'does what it says on the tin', its is a bed for the night, it is very clean and modern with the view from the balcony in the common area spectacular. Breakfast for the stay was at a local coffee house and was great. Parking was very easy and free within a few steps from the property.

Unfortunately whoever was looking after our booking in the local agency failed to communicate through WhatsApp prior to arrival even though we messaged through booking.com to state the time we were arriving nobody was there to meet us or give us instructions on how to access the property. So we had to phone them to to find out what was going on and to gain access. Eventually we gained access but they had allocated a twin room instead of the double i had requested. Luckily we were able to change the key and got the double room we booked. Only downside was there is no coffee making facilities in the room, but it was great to have a fridge. Once we were in the property everything worked like clockwork, so putting it down to a simple mistake.

The room was "ok"

Owner forgot to leave the keys in the key box and waited for more than 1hr to get the keys... Wifi does not work.. Owner gave us a ticket to get breakfast from a cafeteria... This cafeteria is closesd on Sunday so we had to buy breakfast from our pockets! Owner apologised himself (strange that he does not know that this cafeteria does not open on Sunday) and told us to send him our bank details so that he will pay for the breakfast and when we send him the details he did not reply back and ignored us.

communication via whatsapp was good, and room was new.

internet was not working, in the evening can be a problem to find a parking.

Breakfast is very good. Location is good , near the train and bus station .

Can’t cook , the room is a little small .
