The location is serene, quiet, and safe which was especially important for a solo traveler. The vibes were immaculate, the staff were SO friendly, the toiletries were amazing (I loved the Suisavon!), the BBQ was awesome, the sauna was *so hot* and the lodges were cute and comfortable.

I wish kids weren’t allowed. There’s not enough space for them to run around and play and the lodges are too close together so all I heard was kids screaming while I was trying to enjoy the sunset and my dinner. It was just “kids being kids” so it wasn’t like I could ask them to be quieter but it did kill the vibe. The next night I was sitting on the porch reading a book when one of the kids (who must not have seen me sitting there) came up to my porch and peered through the windows of my lodge. I said “excuse me” and then they ran away.
