I liked everything! Very friendly staff. Such a beautiful location!

The location was a 3 minute walk for me.

I was refused to have my service animal accompany me (which isn't legal), and the owner asked me "why I needed a service animal", which is also not legal. I've never been refused him nor asked "why" I have one. A comforter was also missing on 1 bed, the bed I preferred. The outlets stopped working in the evening. This happened during my first stay, and the owner never replied to my message regarding how to fix this. The next morning (on my first stay), I had to make my tea downstairs with the 2 working outlets. The father (who lives next door) showed me how to fix this issue if it happened again during my 2nd stay. He's lovely and I appreciated him showing me as it happened again. As a paying guest, I shouldn't have to worry about the electricity shutting off, nor how to fix it. Lastly, the cleaners showed up at 8:57am on the check-out morning, which is 11am. I won't be booking this location again, nor will I recommend it. The company who did recommend it to me has been informed of my troubled stay. They're equally disappointed. Note, I rated it very well the first time mainly due to the location to where I needed to go. I chose not to mention the electricity issue as I spoke directly to the father the next morning. Note, the owner never acknowledged the issue, not even to this day. No reply to my text. But what happened this time was unacceptable. I'm a very understanding person and let many things slide, but I couldn't this time. I'm in town for the next 3-5 weeks and have already found another place to stay, who also states "no pets', but didn't have an issue with my 'service animal', nor did they inquire 'why'. The new place is a 15 minute walk as apposed to 3 minutes, but I'm okay with a little inconvenience for being treated with respect and kindness.

The location was perfect for me. The peaceful surroundings was exactly what I needed

The kitchen was well stocked, view was beautiful and I slept wonderfully

Es ist ein schönes Gefühl, auf einem Hausboot zu sein, mit dem Wasser direkt vor dem Fenster und Natur drumherum. Das obere Zimmer ist hell und verfügt über ein gemütliches Sofa mit Blick auf das Wasser und einen großen Küchentisch. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet.

Eines der drei Schlafzimmer ist ein Durchgangszimmer und gleichzeitig das Bad. Das ist okay als Familie, sollte man wissen, wenn man separate Schlafzimmer erwartet. Meine Tochter wollte sehr gern schwimmen gehen, musste sich aber sehr überwinden, weil die Einstiegs-Treppe zum Wasser verdreckt und mit Algen bewachsen und voll Spinnenweben waren. Es würde schon viel zur Atmosphäre beitragen, wenn gelegentlich die Spinnengewebe an den Geländer ringsum das Boot entfernt würden. Überhaupt sind die Außenanlagen, Pflanzenkübel, Terrasse usw. ziemlich heruntergekommen und Abstellplatz für allerlei ausrangierten Kram. Da liesse sich wirklich mehr daraus machen.

De locatie is geweldig, de woonboot ligt prachtig aan het water, je duikt zo je bed uit ‘‘s ochtends het water in!

Je moet door de eerste slaapkamer (waar ook de open badkamer is)om naar de twee andere slaapkamers te gaan, dus je moet wel vertrouwd met elkaar zijn.

Very clean and a fantastic place to relax and enjoy the view. Lovely owner and very helpful. They try their best to make sure you have everything you need and you feel at home.
