The blue sapphire

The apartment was perfect for our one stay . Location was perfect for hippodrome theatre bein just round the corner . Plenty of restaurants being right in china town and also close to Glee club for comedy shows . Short walk to the Bullring . The lady that welcomed us on arrival was courteous and of great help .

Small issue when leaving car park on our departure as the gates would not open , but was resolved quickly

Swan towels, TVs & Netflix

Cleanliness, overall maintenance, grimey sponges and cloths, not coffee/sugars/milks (basics). Very hard to access, very hard to find parking space. Very hard to get up to the flat as no doors open/no outside lockbox.

Apartment was spotlace. Communication between host was excellent. Great Central area. Great value for money.

Location was pretty good,accomodation was pretty good furniture settee was most uncomfortable,the television was unusual no actual English news or programmes but had Netflix if required,no welcome pack fortunately Tesco is very close on corner of building,for a decent proper pub grub use The Sly Old Fox pub just round corner from tesco approx 150 yards up on right hand side opposite hippodrome.

Neighbours no consideration late at night telly on really loud,little wardrobe space,shower was not very good,had to phone office to find how to get heating on, it was an experience
