"We had a fantastic stay here and would definitely recommend it ."

7.0

The property is in a fantastic location, very easy walk to the main square and local attractions. The staff were excellent and accommodating. We had breakfast early on more than one day and nothing was too much trouble. This Riad is extremely clean .

For the price we paid we were very happy with the property .

Staff

Cleanliness. Toilet seats were dated and chipped. The bad smell was coming out from the shower drains. Staff covered the drain with some polyethene sheets from inside the drain to minimise the smell. They never told us until I complained about the shower tray being flooded.. The accommodation is not accessible by taxi, and one has to walk at least 300 hundred meters.

"Great fun"

9.0

Really lovely Riad in Marrakech Medina. Historic building. Great breakfasts. Nice roof terrace. Friendly, helpful staff. It's a bit of a walk to the Jemaa el-Fnaa area, but flat and seemed safe.

Room was described as having a terrace - this isn't actually true, although the Riad has a lovely roof terrace to which guests have access. Room was quite small.

"Very disappointing since we expected to be within easy walking distance to Marrakech attractions."

2.0

Breakfast was fine. Bed was comfortable. Location is horrible! Cars cannot go into Medina, which is a series of narrow, crowded, chaotic alleyways that no newcomer can possibly navigate without trying to ask bystanders. This riad is located deep within the medina, about a 10 minute confusing walk to get out to main road, where you then can hail a taxi to get into the center of Marrakech, about a 10-15 minute ride.

Can't change the location, which might appeal to adventurous types with minimal luggage (maybe backpacks or small carryons), who can climb narrow steps to their rooms. Unlike photos, room was tiny and dark, with minimal lighting. Lighting in bathroom was dim with no counterspace for personal items. Although we paid in advance for 3 nights, we left after one night. Found a hotel in the center of town for less per night.
