I booked my room at there ,but when I reached there ,the staff said to me that their is no booking on your name, I showed them confirmation number that booking.com provide me. But they refuse to give me any service, I faced alot of trouble by booking vista visit hotel on booking.com. very bad experience on booking.com very very bad. In future maybe I choose another plateform

"Honest Review – Great Staff, Minor Fixes Needed"

The hotel offers great value for money, and the staff were exceptionally cooperative and supportive.

There were a few minor issues that could be easily addressed with some attention: The bathroom lacked a designated place to hang clothes or towels. The provided soap was nearly used up. Neither of the showers was functioning properly. The basin tap was broken. With a bit of maintenance, the overall experience could be greatly enhanced!
