Kongsvold Fjeldstue by Frich`s

It’s a beautiful place along the pilgrimage trail with fantastic views all around.

-There’s a few things to be aware of - there’s no path from the train station so you have to walk on the actual main road for a short time which is a bit frightening. -rather than serving pilgrimage style hearty filling food at a reasonable price, the restaurant has been taken over by a chain called Fritz who serve very expensive gourmet food that doesn’t fill your stomach at all after a day walking. There is no alternative food to buy so it’s really not fair or suitable for walkers, especially young ones and those on a tight budget and doesn’t seem to fit the ethos of the place as a pilgrims stop!

Wäschewechsel nicht täglich, Zimmerreinigung gar nicht! So nicht! Das abendliche Essen war schlecht

Beliggenhet, rom, mat (middag/frokost), stedet, sola, utsikten.

Grei frokost, men det manglet masse/ tomt da vi kom til frokost begge dager kl 0900-( frokost til 10!) Måtte vente 15 min på egg og bacon, litt mye da bi hadde et tidsskjema å følge

Such a great place to stay to see musk ox ! We saw 10 on a half day hike.

No reception open to leave bags out of hours.

Traditionelle gemütliche Einrichtung. Sehr nettes Personal. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Geräumiges Zimmer. Nationalpark vor der Tür.

Måltidene var veldig bra. Hyggelig betjening. Fine rom og fellesområder.
