The property had everything you needed and was in a great location with fab balcony and view.

Location was fantastic with balcony overlooking the harbour. Exceptionally warm welcome from Kosta and his fantastic family, with nothing too much trouble. Traditional accommodation, extremely clean and very good value for money. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend as we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and only wish it had been for longer!

Location and owners

It needs a renovation for sure. There were also few items in the room and bath that needs to be fixed before renting it.

The room was comfortable and had a small kitchen (which we didn't use, other than for a glass of wine). We had a small balcony overlooking the harbour. There is no reception: you get the key from a lockbox outside so make sure you check your messages from Booking for the code.

I'm 6'2" tall and the beds were a bit short.

Perfect location, friendly and helpful host.

It is an old building and old interior, the rooms need to be reniewd. We first stayed in room1, door of the bathroom could't close, aircondition didn't work. Next day we moved to the room 2, doorknop of balcony was broken. Kitchen utensils are insufficient.

Very clean and convenient location in Pothia with balcony overlooking wharf. AND, fantastic restaurant with delicious fresh seafood below.

In a centrally located heritage building, on the top floor and felt like going up inside a lighthouse. Wonderful view from the balcony, south facing. Close to so many good tavernas and cafes, bus and ferries services.

As the property is central to the action it can be noisy on occasion’s from ferries arriving/departing and traffic.

It was fine for us but no lift so many steps to the room, but it was worth it for the view.
