K Stay Guesthouse Myeongdong first

it was perfect, in the perfect location. everything was clean and it had all amenities needed. staff was super nice. the bed was super comfortable and i loved the duvet, so cozy.

there was some small mold in the shower and the room, and the window dripped water from condensation on the bed. light in the room was good but a small sidetable nightstand bed would be perfect.

This location should be removed from the Booking.com website. The rooms were disgustingly mouldy, the manage non contactable when there is an emergency. I felt very unsafe. Please band this from Booking.com. I am very doubtful now in booking accommodations with Booking.com due this the false advertisement of this establishment.

Unsafe and could not get any assistance in an emergency.

La finestra de la nostra habitació no estava gens aïllada del carrer. Entrava l’aire fred del carrer. Això va fer que les gotes d’aigua degudes a la diferència de temperatura entre el carrer i dins de l’habitació caiguessin directament sobre el llit i pràcticament no poguéssim dormir.

We loved the location, right in front of a 7-Eleven, in the more quiet part of Myeongdong, near the Cathedral and the metro station. The room had enough space for us, the amenities in the hall were very welcomed, the big public fridge on our floor was very useful.

I would say the only disadvantage was the humidity. Our room also had a small window looking outside, but neither the window, nor the air conditioner helped. We did not realize how big an issue the humidity was until we arrived in the room after a day outside in the rain, and our backpack and clothes did not dry even after our remaining two days at the guesthouse.

Place clean and peaceful. Bed comfortable. The room tiny, cupboard-like, windowless is still good value for money for such a low price in this posh district, in a street perfectly safe near the Myeongdong night market. I liked the area available for breakfast with microwave, kettle and coffee and tea.
