Anche se a ridosso della via Emilia, la finestra era decentemente insonorizzata.

La struttura è locata in periferia, non adatta a coppie e famiglie. Riscaldamento non funzionante: abbiamo passato la notte al freddo nonostante l'avessi ripetutamente ed immediatamente segnalato alla struttura. Bagno in pessime oondizioni: tubi a vista, doccia rotta, wc non fissato a terra, biancheria parzialmente mancante e non propriamente profumata. Letto scomodissimo e cuscini praticamente inesistenti. Dopo aver proposto di pagare solo una notte delle due prenotate per passare la seconda in un'altra struttura mi si è rimandato a booking. Dopo averli chiamati almeno 5 volte per cercare di trovare una soluzione ci ho.rinunciato per mancanza totale di supporto clienti(non hanno mai risposto), ho mandato quindi una email a cui nessuno ha ancora risposto. Camera sita sopra ad un pub, fino a mezzanotte si sono sentiti rumori e schiamazzi.
