The location is perfect A minute walk from the beach The design of the building and the balconies are nice

The interior is old and worn off It wasn’t cleaned properly A lot of things were messing and we had to keep calling the booking agent to bring them Towels were clean but had holes in them Not a 5 start or even a 4 star experience Maybe 3.5

The location and the villa itself is nice. The people running it, not professional at all.

Check in is at 2, we informed them that we will be arriving at 3.30 pm. We get there and the property is absolutely filthy. Food, rice and chicken smeared all over the floor, cigarettes all over the place. The staff haven’t cleaned yet after the previous guest who obviously overstayed past check out time. We wait at the door for an hour until they finish cleaning and another 30 minutes till the manager comes to handover the property. It was such a shame because we were really excited about this place. But the long wait and seeing the terrible condition it was in left a sour taste. It was expensive for this level of service. We were leaving the next morning at 7 am, so every minute counted for us.
