Appartamento LA VESPA con terrazza

The apartment itself is lovely and has great potential, but the extremely poor level of cleanliness made our stay uncomfortable. Despite this, the host was thoughtful in some ways — he prepared a bottle of good wine for our arrival and did not charge the city tax because he understood how uncomfortable the first two nights were for us. • Very good apartment by Italian standards: modern renovation, stylish furniture, and a generally well-designed space. • Excellent balcony — perfect for relaxing with a morning coffee or pretending you’re starring in your own Italian movie. • Heated floors that feel wonderful. • A dishwasher — a great feature once everything is actually clean enough to put inside. • Spacious, modern bathroom. • The host kindly left a bottle of quality wine for us, which was a genuinely nice gesture. • He also didn’t charge the city tax due to the issues we experienced, which we appreciated.

• The apartment was extremely dirty — this is the major and overwhelming drawback. Not just slightly messy, but in desperate need of a full professional cleaning. Floors, walls, windows, dishes — everything required washing. • We had to rewash every single dish before using it, and we even cleaned the floor ourselves so walking around didn’t feel like a challenge. • No basic essentials provided: not even paper towels or small practical things like olive oil or simple kitchen necessities that would make the stay more comfortable. • It’s clear that the host does not maintain the apartment properly, which is a pity, because with a bit more care this place could be fantastic.

Appartamento super consigliato per soggiorni lunghi. Posizione eccellente in pieno centro ad un passo dall'isola pedonale ma con una tranquillità davvero apprezzabile. Host molto disponibile ed attenta alle esigenze degli ospiti. Appartamento molto ampio e molto ben suddiviso tra zona giorno - cucina e zone notte (due, ciascuna dotata di bagno autonomo), oltre che di comodissima zona ripostiglio con lavatrice nuova e ben funzionante. Riscaldamento al pavimento oltre che pompe di calore, il tutto gestibile in totale autonomia.

Wi Fi poco efficiente, certamente da migliorare in quanto non consente il lavoro da remoto. Potrebbe inoltre essere utile rifornire la già ampia dotazione di suppellettili con qualche piccolo accorgimento come, spugnette più nuove per i piatti, qualche pastiglia per l'uso della lavastoviglie ed un rotolo di carta da cucina. Il ferro da stiro, pur essendo presente non è utilizzabile in quanto troppo vetusto e con piastra incrostata. Il pavimento riscaldato di certo genera una notevole produzione di polvere, ma si suggerisce una maggiore attenzione nella pulizia degli ambienti e delle dotazioni.
