"No a value for money. Don't recommend for those who want to have at least some comfort and relax."

They allowed us to stay with a dog. Towels and bed cloth were clean.

The room was not cleaned once during 3 days of stay. Garbage was not taken away. Room had a very special unpleasant smell. Shower is almost destroyed. Noise for dance hall from 10 am to 2 pm - just 10 m away from the hotel - no chance to sleep. Very late 9.30 am start and very basic breakfast.
