Spacious and light apartment, new furniture (including fridge, oven etc), clean bathroom, on the 1st floor so it was easy to take belongings up. A lot of good food around, and it's so close to the beach.

For me it's not a big problem, but for some people might be - main road outside the balcony, which means noisiness.

The location was great. 15minute walk to the main train line, an array of bars,cafes to choose from at your door step. The beach is a 12 min walk from the main high street. It's fresh and new ! Great AC keeping the apartment cool and airy through the hot days.

The apartment is a recent listing and still needs some TLC. Details like artwork, deskside lamps for the bed lockers are needed. A lampshade for the main light in the bedroom will make the place a little more loved and less harsh. Wiring is still visible from the recent renovations. Kitchen chairs and tables are very basic and feeble, a bit more utensils are needed for the kitchen to make it more user friendly. The apartment needs some drapes for the window as you are highly visible in the bedroom if you want natural daylight. Communication was fair, little contact or how to check out, a guide on the area, restaurants, bus routes and check in and check out procedures will make things more easier for the guest.
