Nothing, for my wife and I the roaches was a none starter, the Construction next door starts as early as 8am, which made R&R next to impossible.

Everything, i didn't like how long it took for the automated gate to close behind us, anyone could piggyback which made for a safety concern.

The location and it has the essentials. Also like being on ground floor. Also Marcia was great.

Trying to get tokens for the washing machine. TV in living room could be bigger but was sufficient.
