الفندق نقطة انطلاقة للشمال الايطالي لمن يبحث عن اقامة مريحة في فندق مخدوم و فيه تكييف و غرف واسعة ، قرب الفندق من السوبرماركت و ماكدونالدز ، و يمكن الذهاب لسنتر بولزانوا بسهولة في السيارة يوجد مواقف في الفندق اليوم ب 25 يورو و يمكن عمل خصم او مجاناً حسب الخدمة المتاحة الفندق نظيف جداً و فخم كانت اقامة مميزة

مكان الفندق في منطقة مخازن و شركات و هذا لا يعد عيباً بل ميزة كون المنطقة سهلة الوصول و غير مزدحمة من يبحث عن المناظر الطبيعية و الريف لا انصحه في الاقامة في بولزانوا

Breakfast buffet was plentiful and included an omelette station. Indoor pool looked really nice. Hotel staff was friendly and prompt.

The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable, and the stay was generally convenient. Check-in was smooth and the reception staff were polite and made an effort to assist, including offering a small late-night gesture of snacks and selling me a drink from the vending machine when other facilities were closed.

The hotel felt quite formal and lacked any real local or “Italian” atmosphere. The bar and restaurant were closed and there was very limited late-night service. When asking for recommendations at midnight, the guidance provided was not very helpful for a five-star hotel, as it relied on searching online rather than offering knowledgeable local suggestions. Breakfast was functional but fairly basic for this category.

They do not provide assistance with carrying bags.

Our stay at Four Points by Sheraton Bolzano was one of those stops on a road trip that unexpectedly became a highlight. We booked the a Suite, and it turned out to be THE only presidential suite in the hotel... an exceptional choice. Spacious, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable—it felt like a real treat after days of driving across Italy. In fact, we genuinely wished we could have extended our stay by another day just to enjoy the property more. Location-wise, it worked perfectly for us as a stopover between Venice and Livigno. It’s strategically placed for anyone doing a northern Italy road trip and made the journey feel far less rushed. The breakfast was outstanding—easily one of the better hotel breakfasts we had on our trip. Great variety, excellent quality, and the perfect start before another day on the road. Parking is chargeable, but there is plenty of it, and it’s convenient and hassle-free, which matters a lot when traveling by car with family and luggage. Overall, Four Points Bolzano struck the perfect balance of comfort, luxury, and practicality. Whether you’re passing through South Tyrol or planning a longer stay, this is a hotel that makes you want to stay longer than planned.
