Nasty Not clean not safe

The apartment was modern, clean, and well-maintained. I especially liked the comfortable bed and the strong water pressure.

The lighting in the living area was a bit dim.

Fast and easy check-in, clear instructions, and friendly communication from the host.

The bathroom was a bit small, but it was clean.

Very clean, nice and comfortable.

We arrived late at night, and the apartment seemed nice from the outside. However, to say it was clean or well-maintained on the inside would be a gross understatement. They asked us how many people we were to provide that many towels, and we only found two towels, when we were, in fact, a family of five, but even those two towels were not washed. The floors were not vacuumed or mopped, as there was dust everywhere. The kitchen counter was passable. Though there were some flies in the fridge, the pots and all sere oily and sticky. The bathroom was not cleaned, there was a small towel on the floor, which was really small, so basically no carpets or towels on the bathroom. The bathroom was not cleaned, and there weren't any carpets, even in the bathroom, so it was slippery. When we slept that night, the bed, first of all, were filled with crumbles, and I don't think they were changed before us. Second of all, there were noises coming from outside past midnight. Yes, we were informed that there might be some noise, but past midnight? What exactly am I supposed to say to that? They said they had quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m., but I don't think it's a quiet hour considering all the noise. It should be called the noisy hour.

The location and affordability were outstanding. Great host, loved how attentive and responsive they were. Very close to night life but not noisy or disturbing. Loved it!

The location was great, and check-in was very easy. The unit was decorated tastefully, although it felt a little bare. A nice area rug in the living area would make things more cozy. The king-size bed was very comfortable, and I liked the large screen tv in the living room. The kitchen was stocked with all the necessary dishes and utensils, and I appreciated the complimentary coffee with the coffee pod machine. The only thing I noticed was some black mold on the ceiling in the shower, and I informed management. They were very quick to send someone over to inspect and offered to move me right away, but I declined since I was checking out later that day. I was satisfied with my stay and would definitely stay again.

The walls seem kind of thin because I heard everything going on outside when the TV was not on.
