The quality of the hôtel in all respects. It's geographic situation allowed for pedestrian tourism,. Perfect for an off-season stay. Their spa/sauna and massage were excellent.

Zimmer: Sehr geräumig mit richtig breiten Betten. Sehr komfortabel, sauber und warm. Das Bad ist sehr sauber mit allen wichtigen Utensilien. Allerdings sind die Zimmer sehr hellhörig. Besser, wenn niemand nebenan wohnt. Man sollte vorsichtshalber Ohrstöpsel dabei haben, wenn man lärmempfindlich ist. Wir haben ein anderes Zimmer bekommen, nachdem wir uns bei der Rezeption wegen der Geräusche vom Nachbarzimmer beschwert hatten. Das hat zum Glück reibungslos funktioniert, das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit , haben alles schnell über die Bühne gebracht. Dennoch die Zimmer im 2. Stock haben alle Risse an der Wand, über die wir trotz unserer hartnäckigen Fragen nicht aufgeklärt werden konnten. Trotzdem waren die Zimmer sonst ganz in Ordnung. Frühstück: zwar steht viel im Auswahl aber doch nicht alles lecker.Kein Filterkaffee oder Kaffee Creme etc. nur Instant Kaffee aus der offenen Dose. Der Tee schmeckt auch nicht besonders. Einige lokale Teigwaren waren da, die sehr frisch waren und gut schmeckten. Das Weißbrot war immer sehr frisch und lecker. im Durchschnitt war das aber zufriedenstellend. Es ist auch eher eine Geschmacksache. Tolle Aussicht von der Terrasse, wo das Frühstück angeboten war. Etwas sauberer hätten die Tische und die Böden sein können. Top Lage: Mitten in der Stadt, nah zu den meisten Attraktionen im Stadtkern. Alles zu Fuß leicht zu erreichen.

This Hotel is in very good place , in the center of Sivas and in very quite street ,rooms are very clear , interior is extremly good . breakfast was one of the best i ever tried , with a lot of different traditional and internations things to eat. Staff was so friendly and ready to help everytime . Hotel location is the best one you can have in Sivas, you can reach all the touristic , shopping and attracions area easily without a car , just by walking.

Good , I visited many other hotel in Sivas , But this one is better than others , the room is wide with good desk and good W.C My only comment is that the breakfast is the same everyday, No variety

The manager Yalcin was very helpful. He assisted me when I had issues arranging taxis or ant language issues All the staff are friendly and helpful. They order me a meal as my train was late and no shops were open. There breakfast has a large selection and its very tasty. Whenever I'm back in Sivas I will definitely stay in this hotel. The rooms are large and good value for money. 10/10.

Odalar çok temiz ve konforluydu. Yorganlara bayıldım. Ayrıca çalışan tüm arkadaşlar kibar ve saygılıydı. Özel olarak Pelin Pakoğlu hanımefendinin tüm konaklama sırasındaki nezaketi ve yardımseverliği eşsizdi. Kendisine özel olarak teşekkür ediyorum.

Genel olarak memnun kaldık ancak; odalar biraz ses geçiyor, klozet kapağı yerinden çıkmıştı ve Tv'de hiçbir kanalda sinyal yoktu. Çok fazla izleme fırsatımız olmadığı için dert etmedik ama başkaları için sorun olabilir. Kahvaltısı da idare eder.
