Nothing they didn’t let us stay and wouldn’t give me a refund. DONT STAY HERE!!!!!!!!! Booking.com has not been helpful getting our money back either

Everything they wouldn’t let us stay and argued with us on the phone and on whatapp and we had to book a last minute hotel on the bus

"Place does not exist. Booking.com took my money and has yet to refund me!"

Booking.com took my money under false pretences. Arrived to discover apartment has not been available for several months and was left to on the street at night to find alternative accommodation. Booking.com has yet to refund my money and by asking me to rate an accommodation that does not exist despite my having fully informed a service rep by telephone of the situation only adds insult to injury!
