Old Tbilisi Views

We had a really lovely stay here during our trip to Tbilisi. For the price, the property was absolutely everything we could have wanted and I honestly do not think we could have expected more. The location was superb. We were in Tbilisi to get married and specifically wanted somewhere close to the Public Service Hall. This property could not have been better placed, as it was literally directly opposite. It was also very central generally, and we were able to walk to everywhere we wanted to visit. The property itself was spacious, comfortable and very good value. The kitchen was a little simple, but it had everything we needed for our stay, and the overall space worked really well for us.

There were a couple of small things worth mentioning. The lift felt a little alarming at first, although once we got used to it, it was fine. There was also a power outage in the building for a few hours on one of the days, but that was clearly a building issue rather than anything specific to the property. The bed was comfortable enough, although it did squeak quite a bit, which gave it a little character!

The whole apartment is very clean and cozy with complete appliances which is very important for us especially kitchen utensils. We really enjoyed staying here with the nice weather. Very recommendable

Отличное расположение квартиры в самом центре . В квартире было все необходимое от полотенец до посуды. С балкона потрясающий вид на город. В 5 минутах супермаркет и много разных кафе. Елена разрешила поздний выезд, за что отдельная благодарность!

Т.к квартира у дороги ,было очень шумно ,приходилось закрывать окна((

Essentials that you need is there, clean and nicely decorated house with spectacular view (the window glasses were so clean). The location is perfect. The host is amazing and thoughtful.

The bed was comfortable, but a little squeaky.

Очень хорошая квартира. Светлая и чистая. Просторная спальня и кухня. Центр Тбилиси. 7-ой этаж. Приятная хозяйка Елена. В квартире кондиционер (что обязательно для летнего периода здесь). Большая кровать. Стиральная машина. Все кухонные принадлежности. Сантехника в отличном состоянии. Шторы: и тюль и плотные тёмные от солнца. Свет: люстра и маленькая вечерняя лампа есть. Балкон. В 2-ух минутах ходьбы большой супермаркет Carrefour.

Всё замечательно. Никаких нареканий.

Всё очень понравилось: гостеприимная хозяйка Елена всегда на связи, чистая и аккуратная квартира, в наличии всё необходимое, шикарное расположение дома в Старом Тбилиси, бесплатная парковка в закрытом дворе дома. Очень рекомендуем! Спасибо, Елена!

位置优越，装修用心，电梯有特点，附近很方便

Owner is a very friendly woman. The flat is in the center of the city near the restaurants. Supermarket Carrefour is just around the corner. All necessary equipment is in the flat. AC works well. Windows face the river. Free parking. Balcony. So, it is a nice choice

The lift...a bit scary and you should pay for it. But the owner gives coins for your stay. That was very kind of her
