Royal Fort Executive Hotel Gulberg

Nothing to like, everything was so dirty... Room, bathroom, bed, blanket.. Nothing was clean.

Great Location close to main Market & restaurants, hotel is very clean, well designed and the staff is really nice & helpful Specially Qamar Javed General Manager of the Hotel, excellent customer service from the moment i arrived at the hotel, assistance with luggage without asking was very much appreciated, rooms are well designed was very impressed with the cleanliness, really powerful shower and nice toiletries, short drive to Allama Iqbal International Airport great Location, i highly recommended. Once again thanks to Qamar Javed General Manager he is really very friendly & supportive.

We really enjoyed our stay at royal fort - the staff were so nice and friendly and assisted to everything we asked for. Recommend us seas to visit and places to eat. Always available for assistance and guidance Big thanks to Mujahid, Qamar and Samar - these guys were amazing with their hospitality and were so helpful especially Samar

I had the misfortune of staying at the Royal Fort Executive Hotel Gulberg, and it was one of the worst decisions I’ve ever made. The room was filthy, with stains on the bed sheets and an unbearable smell lingering throughout. The bathroom was in an even worse state — moldy tiles, broken fixtures, and no hot water! The staff was unprofessional and unhelpful, treating guests as if they were an inconvenience. The check-in process was painfully slow, and when I finally got to my room, it was nothing like the photos online. To make matters worse, the noise level was unbearable; I could hear everything happening in the neighboring rooms and outside. Breakfast? Don’t bother! The food was cold, stale, and utterly unappetizing. It’s clear this hotel has no regard for cleanliness, comfort, or customer service. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. Save yourself the trouble and book anywhere else!

Nothing. They told multiple lies and would not honor the booking.

Had to cancel booking, 20 minutes after arriving. I turned up to the hotel, the staff me the deluxe room I had booked was available. The manager came and saw the price I had paid on booking.com and could not believe I was a genius member. They tried to give me a room, in a neighboring bulding. This place was disgusting. Mould, broken doors and bed. It was not habitable. The staff lied to me multiple times , about availability of the rooms, even though I had a room booked on booking.com. They told more lies about the hidden other building, first stating that it was another hotel and they had to pay them directly. Later stating it was there property and booking.com customers had to stay in the filthy building. The main building was not much better. I get that pakistan is a 3rd world country and that we would not get the service as offered in the west. But to tell multiple lies and offer rooms that were not habitable even by dogs is crossing the line. Do not be disappointed and book this hotel. I had to go to another hotel in the area, which was much better standard.

There's nothing to be liked about

The owner was greedy and so mean tyen when we reached the location in the moddle of the night he said you have to pay double the price then what was the actual rent so mean don't have manners to talk to the guests and treat like shit not recommended at all the owners behavious is like this always altjough im a genius 3 level member he treted like its my first saty and i don't know about pricing and stuff 😡🤬😡🤬😡
