"The apartment was spacious and location was nice. The cleanness needs to improved and some investments to the apartment"

We appreciated that the owner prolonged the leaving time for us until 6pm. The location of the apartment was very convenient. The apartment had nice big balcony.

Sprinkler head in shower didn’t work properly. Dust on the tables and in the closets need to be cleaned. One bed was doing noises and you could feel springs on the other one bed.

"Spacious apartment with a great balcony"

Great location; a few minutes walk from most locations yet quiet. Supermarkets and airport bus stop a few mins away, the post less than 10 mins walk the other way. Lots of bakeries and coffee places for breakfast nearby. The Artpeckers shop opposite is worth a visit. The apartment itself is really big with a large balcony that had the sun for most of the day and there is aircon in every room. Lots of easy to follow instructions from the apartment owner

The building seemed like it was mid refurb - the lift was a bit daunting before you got used to it - but this didn't impact our stay

"A quite pleasant experience overall."

It had air conditioner in each room which made it so easy to maintain a pleasurable temperature while also having different temperatures depending on each person's needs. It is close to the main bars in the area. It also had electric towels dryer, washing machine (though we couldn't find detergent for it), clothes iron.

The building had a bad smell at the ground level which sometimes persisted even to the 8th floor. The elevator had no inner door and therefore you could see the it passing by the elevator doors on each floor, which was both scary and unsafe.
