Todo muy limpio y muy cuidado

El spa . El agua de la piscina estaba más bien fría . Y lo q son los chorros unos tenían mucha presión , desmasiada y otros nada .

"Relaxing and convenient"

New and very well appointed with nice rooms, restaurant, spa with indoor pool and also rooftop bar and pool. It has a good location, moments from the river Doura, the city centre and the lovely Crystal Palace gardens. Breakfast is excellent and a highlight of the day. Various Porto attractions can be reached walking.

Le parking est un peu complexe et les manœuvres se révèlent être compliquées. Une voiture classique (Mercedes C klass) touche en sortant du parking.

"Comfortable room but at best a four star hotel."

Comfortable bed. Nice roof top terrace.

A few things were disappointing. There was a bottle of port on the check in desk but we were not offered any on arrival. We saw other guests being offered a drink. At breakfast other guests seemed to be offered bespoke omelettes but we were only asked about tea/coffee. I only realised on the last day that you could ask for an omelette which I would have liked. The hotel restaurant was very expensive with very small portions and service that wasn't great. We got a much better meal on the riverfront at Ribeira for a third of the price. Overall it didn't feel like a 5 star hotel.

"Godt ophold og portvin."

Super god beligggenhed - udsigt over floden var dog begrænset af de kæmpe træer, der stod på offentlig vej. (hotellet har ikke indflydelse på disse). Hotel ligger godt for byen og floden. Har man kærlighed til portvin, så er dette stedet.
