A localização é excecional com vistas para o Douro, muito sossegada e com zonas de lazer por perto. Os funcionários são muito simpáticos e sempre prontos para resolver qualquer situação. As condições do quarto muito boas, com camas confortáveis, limpeza top. Nos dia do aniversário da minha mulher, brindaram-nos com uma garrafa de champanhe e um pequeno bolo de aniversário que deixaram no quarto.
