整體很乾淨，空間很大，給人像自己家的感覺，家庭用品和設備（例如：洗衣機、晾衣架、吹風機、電風扇等都很齊全），有任何問題詢問都會回應，出門在外地，讓人感覺很安心。

洗衣機脫水的時候會移動，除了聲音比較吵不小心會壓到排水管，需要注意。

I had a fantastic stay at this cozy apartment! The space was perfect for our group of six, providing everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable visit. The host was absolutely wonderful – gracious, welcoming, kind, and sweet. She was incredibly responsive to any questions we had, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great group getaway or a homey atmosphere during their trip to Seoul. Thank you for an amazing stay!

At first, I was slightly skeptical of the accommodation as it was fairly new, and had a small amount of reviews. The accommodation is apartment style located on the first floor, and the street is very residential and quiet (especially at night). However, the apartment looks exactly like the pictures: clean, nicely decorated, and very cozy. There were a variety of facilities and necessities (e.g. plates, cutlery, washing machine, slippers, and an unlimited supply of tissues and towels); it felt like a real home, and we preferred it much more in comparison to a hotel. Also, it is easier to order takeout food to the apartment in comparison to a hotel. Futhermore, the accommodation is located only a 5 minute walk from the train station and the main shopping area (OliveYoung and Daiso) which was very convenient. The owner of the property was also very responsive to messages, and was kind enough to hold our luggage past the check out time.

There was not much to dislike about the apartment itself. However, the walls were very thin, and the residents on the upper floor could be heard stomping, and laughing occasionally late at night (this was only on some days, not every day, and we did not mind the noise too much). Furthermore, unlike a hotel, guests must obviously sort and take out the rubbish which can be a little bit difficult for guests from foreign countries. This was also stated in another review, but the shower is quite traditional, without a window separating the shower to the toilet and sink, water gets sprayed around the bathroom (the owner provided around 15 medium sized towels so it was ok). We also noticed that the accommodation is quite far from the main touristic attractions (Myeongdong, The Palace, etc), excluding the Lotte World Amusement Park and Mall (but we also like the fact that the area was more quiet and less touristy). These are only small things that only very slightly impacted our stay, but if you do not mind the slight noise, it is a great option.
