WERY EASY ACCESS

A very modern interior, but as someone on the spectrum, I found it challenging that the studio is part of the house and separated by a very thin wall. I would highly recommend knocking down and soundproofing the walls. The current walls are made of drywall with no acoustic insulation, which is very uncomfortable. It’s also quite cold, although the electric heater helps. The price is excellent, but comfort could definitely be improved by upgrading the walls.
