Hotel Hoàng Thịnh

I had a very poor experience with this property and would not recommend relying on a booking here. I made a booking in advance, only to arrive in the city after a flight and find out that the property had cancelled my booking due to being overbooked. This left me without accommodation for the night in an unfamiliar city, after I had already paid for transport to get to the hotel. The situation was extremely stressful and inconvenient, especially while carrying heavy bags in very hot weather. I then had to spend additional time contacting customer service and arranging alternative accommodation, as well as paying for transport to another property. Overbooking a hotel and cancelling a confirmed guest at the last minute is completely unacceptable. It caused unnecessary stress, extra costs, and wasted time. A confirmed booking should be honoured, and if there is an issue, guests should be informed well in advance and properly assisted. Very disappointing experience, and I would advise other travellers to be cautious when booking this property.

I had a lovely stay here. The room was cozy and in a perfect location, just a 5 minute walk from the beach. Absolutely loved it

Sehr sehr nettes Personal. Immer hilfsbereit gewesen. Zimmer sind auch stabil. Roller kann man im Hotel abstellen

Nicht zu viel erwarten dann sehr gutes Zimmer.

Great place,excellent for solo travellers,situated just off main road in good location close to beach and many eateries,family who run business very helpful and welcoming,great value for money,would recommend it.
