The staff are very helpful and friendly. They provided support when there was a blackout and ensured the rooms were ready for us when we arrived. They made the stay comfortable. They also provided clear instructions

There was no WIFI There was no water in one of the bathrooms The rooms were not available when we arrived and had to wait There is no assigned person to open the gate during the day The showers need cleaning for enough water to come out
