I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention an extremely unsatisfactory experience I recently had with a property owner listed on your platform. I booked a villa in Bali through your site, and unfortunately, the experience was far from what was promised. The villa was not ready upon arrival, with a host of issues including a strong urine smell, an insect infestation, a broken shower, broken AC.. so to hot to sleep and leftover personal products from the owner. The check-in time was not adhered to, and there was no smooth process for accessing our luggage. Despite my attempts to communicate these issues with the owner, the situation did not improve. In fact, it escalated to a point where the owner made unwarranted assumptions about my private life, going so far as to access my personal Instagram account to send me unrelated messages about my business. While an agreement was initially almost reached to compromise, the lack of professionalism, experience, and the illegal nature of the property rental were evident throughout. The promise of a refund was made, but I find it unacceptable to wait until February 15th for resolution, especially given the severity of the experience. I trust that Booking.com takes such matters seriously and will promptly address this issue to maintain the trust of your users. Thank you for your immediate attention to this matter.

Hey I wanted to talk to you about my time at your place. I'm not happy at all! The cleanliness of the villa is disheartening; the first cabin, in particular, emits a strong odor resembling urine, and the remnants of someone else's shower products suggest a lack of thorough cleaning. The non-functional AC, coupled with issues like water supply disruptions and the cooking equipment, have made my experience quite unpleasant. This is just impossible… Despite reporting these issues, the lack of prompt assistance from your end has been disappointing. I believe customer support is crucial in the hospitality industry, especially when guests encounter significant problems during their stay. Regrettably, the condition of the second room, with its broken shower and noisy AC, has further added to my discomfort. Considering the cost of approximately 566 IDR per night, I find it challenging to justify the value of this accommodation. Due to the severity of these issues, I am left with no option but to check out earlier than planned. I want to emphasize that this has been my worst experience in Bali so far. And your villa is not ready for the hospitality market.. cleanness is below 0! This would be a No-star review! I wanted to leave earlier, but my dog got sick, and finding another place in a hurry wasn't possible. I urge you to consider this situation seriously and propose a fair resolution. I believe it's essential for hosts to uphold certain standards to ensure a positive experience for guests. So what du you propose.
