Bath is a very expensive place to stay with 2 adults and 2 children and this was a perfect place to be for 1 or 2 nights all together for the money. Good location, not the most pretty but we enjoyed it all. Lovely cafe few shops along, spar next door, quirky and everything we needed.

Smelt a bit damp at times, especially in stair way.

Great location, bigger than the photos made it look.

The kitchen table was broken but they managed to put in a new one the following day. It was a shame although we said we were 5 people the sofa bed wasn't made up and we had to do it ourselves.

We had a great stay here, nicely decorated and very comfortable. Easy walk into the centre and peacefully away from chaos during peak times

It is quite noisy being next to a main road, we thankfully had ear plugs as we are both quite light sleepers. You should be fine if you are a good sleeper 😊 it didn’t tarnish our stay
