Beech Cottage, spacious rural retreat

The place was super confortable. The host also provide us with a book full with instructions and a lot of useful information about, places, walking routes, etc.

Everything we needed for our night away in a thoughtfully and lovingly decorated and furnished setup. Hosts were also very friendly and helpful, we will be visiting again because of how much we enjoyed our stay.

Location good. Breakfast not included but option to use onsite cafe, and breakfast here was excellent.

Had trouble getting oven to heat up. Instruction book provided but not helpful. Found that the timer switch had to be on the hand symbol for oven to work. Suggest this is made more obvious to a avoid confusion. Also some mention should be made of restricted head room in bathroom - a tall Male will have difficulty standing up fully to face the toilet!

This is a fantastic self-catering property, which we would love to stay in again. The space was clean and tidy, and everything we needed was provided. The bed was comfortable and the shower was very refreshing. The host was exceptionally helpful and provided detailed instructions on how to locate the property. We were situated within a 30 second walk of a fantastic cafe - we thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast!
