The apartment was very clean and tidy, very well equipped, and everything was in as new condition. We were greeted and shown around by the owner, who was very pleasant and helpful. The location was very close and handy for all the local services and attractions.

We had no complaints or issues and would gladly return.

I had the pleasure of staying at a Gabrijela’s fantastic modern apartment in Zadar, and it was an exceptional experience. The apartment exceeded all my expectations, from the moment I walked in until the end of my stay. The place is beautifully furnished with a sleek, modern design, and everything felt brand new. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, making it perfect for those who enjoy cooking. The mini coffee bar was a standout feature, complete with a Nespresso machine, a coffee pot, a selection of coffee pods, grounds, instant grounds, and even instant pre-mix options. It was a coffee lover’s dream! The bathroom was equally impressive, fully stocked with all the essentials you might need, including cotton buds, shaving razors, toothbrushes, and a variety of mini toiletries. This attention to detail made the stay feel even more comfortable and convenient. The air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the entire apartment cool and comfortable even during the hottest parts of the day. The bedroom and living spaces were equally comfortable, with plenty of towels provided, which is always a nice bonus. The washing machine was also in excellent working order, which was a great convenience during the stay. The balcony, while quiet, was not particularly amazing as it overlooks an open area where people occasionally walk by in clear view. It’s a decent spot for a quick breath of fresh air, but don’t expect a private or scenic view. Parking was incredibly convenient, with the ability to park right at the door. However, it’s important to note that the apartment is located upstairs, with stairs leading up one floor. This was no issue for us, but it’s something to keep in mind if stairs are a concern. Despite the fact that the owner lived right next door, we had complete privacy throughout our stay. We never felt her presence, yet it was reassuring to know she was close by if needed.

The property is ultra modern and in a great location. Only a short walk to the beach and a short car drive to Old Town Zadar
