No window or ambient lighting, very noisy, opening from bathroom to hallway, no privacy, very high/dangerous step down from bathroom into room.

I paid for a twin bedroom with air-conditioning. When I arrived the man said that's wasn't what I paid for. As you can see in the booking twin room with air conditioning is exactly what I paid for. The man upgraded .e to a room with air-conditioning at a higher price. And it will write on the corner of the busiest street with very thin wendo's and lots of noise.

It's a very loud hotel and the staff talk very loudly in the hallways to each other. The should walk to the person and not tell in the hall.
