The host is great, and the location is really good. Everything was clean and nice. I am sure it is the best possible location for this price.

There were minor issues with the bathroom door and there was no shower curtain, but it didn't cause any noticeable problems.

Apartments was in terrible condition, ‼️totally not recommend‼️ for this price you guys can find much better. The bed was dirty with spots, the owner said that bed is cleaned (take a look at the picture below) he didn’t even offer us to wait for changed sheets, he was unkind and always responded rudely. We must changed the place for stay and find another apartment at night in foreign country because it was impossible to stay there. P.S., keep in mind when you leave this sheety place no one will respond you or even refund your money back.

I like that I am able to do this review to warn others that this property is managed by an abusive, aggresive letting guy.

BEWARE of this place. The person who lets it pretends to be a nice and shy guy. In fact, he is an aggresive, intimidating, abusive thug, who may be very dangerous, especially for single women. DO NOT stay in this place under any circumstances. Initially all seemed fine. The property looked pretty and reasonably clean. The price was slightly lower than other similar places on the market. The stay was so so because for 2 days we did not have central heating because of the heating failure in the area. We understood it and did not complain about it although it was in the middle of winter and the additional aircon did not heat the bathroom at all and there was not hot water. Also we did not complain when the letting guy woke us up in the morning to collect the money for an additional day despite the agreement that we would settle the payment the following day. This was just a little hint about his arrogance. He showed his true face on the last day. We agreed a later check out at 1pm but due to my partner being unwell we moved out at 1.30pm. This triggered an immediate flow of abusive calls and messages from Nika, the letting guy. He demanded the payment for the whole extra day. Also he told us that if we wanted all luxury like heating and hot water we should have gone to Radisson. So for this guy a central heating and hot water in the winter is luxury. Then he gave us a lecture how cheap we rented this property and that we should have paid him more. He was frustrated that the market was completely dead and he had to lower prices. In fact if we didn't stay there he would not have any income at all but that was beyond his ability to comprehend it. In short he is an arrogant, aggresive hypocrite who does what is convenient for him and does not care if he sticks to the agreement but is very quick to pick on you if you do the slightest thing that is not in line with the agreement regardless of all things which failed in the apartment. BEWARE of HIM.

Although I arrived early in the morning I was let to check in. The location is very nice. The center of Tbilisi. Thank you very much for your hospitality!
