The Power situation goes off and On all the time at the house even though the neighborhood has constant power plus the owner is not helpful at all.

The staffs should be changed because she is kind of a scammer guests should be careful with her! She e doesn’t take shower most of the time her body has a very big smell, for this kind of apartment staff should be presentable not wearing dirty clothes, sweaty & shower then prepare food for customers with this condition is so unprofessional!

My experience was really bad! I arrived at the property but the map location took me to a different place, it was hard to find it since it’s located in the middle of nungwi fish market so many local people families and fishers are allover the place! The house isn’t fenced and no security guard so it’s not safe! So Later in the evening the staff told us they normally offer free breakfast so the next morning she texted what time will i go for breakfast i said at 9:00 am! The breakfast was really bad, no sugar for the tea & rotten fruits but I couldn’t complain since it was for free. Then in the afternoon they asked me to move to another hotel near by because the room was booked by another person earlier than me but they gave me this room by mistake so i will need to move to their staff bedroom which was a disaster so unclean & smelly! When i was there the staff came again asking me to pay 40$ for the breakfast i & my husband ate in the morning claiming it wasn’t for free i got so surprised because if i had to pay why didn’t she say it before so as I decide whether i eat or not that was kind of a scamming tricks to me! Her customer service is very bad because she was shouting me very loudly asking for this money
