location, privacy - excellent! everything was clean and modern - a lovely property.

one of us requires a walking stick and found access just a little awkward. I missed a shaving mirror. but these were minor issues.

This property is so much nicer than the pictures show. It’s lovely and clean and great value

2 more chairs would have been great in the dining area however it did not affect us at all.

It was a fab location for us and clean and modern all we needed. It was a bit too warm if I’m honest but the weather was very hot so that probably played a part

Great location. Very modern and welcoming accommodation. Very clean and everything you need for a short stay. Private parking is good.

That sofa!! lol. I have never sat on anything harder or more uncomfortable. We still rated the property/experience a 9 overall is it was very good. However, that sofa needs to go!

Lovely annex, very modern and tastefully designed. Bathroom really nice and very functional overall including the kitchen.

There is a need for a table even a small cafe one - to eat food from. It is a bit unpleasant to eat food off your lap even if given beanbag cushion trays. The sofa is very uncomfortable and hard.

It’s very modern and quirky. Some lovely touches. The hosts were fantastic! Location great close to our family in Burgess Hill.

Amazing place, great hosts, the items for the children were so thoughtful. Extremely well placed for Hickstead showground. Would not hesitate to recommend and return. Thanks
