"Basic, comfortable place, though a little run down. Lovely staff."

Location was good on a street that was not so busy but still near Hill Cart Road for easy access to other areas of Siliguri. Hotel arranged transport to the airport for me which was great. Staff were very friendly, and and always willing to help. The room had both a ceiling fan (to keep away mosquitos) and AC unit that worked well to keep the room cool. Bed is comfortable and generally the room was fairly clean!

The room was a little run down, with paint chipped walls and stains. The food in the restaurant was okay but my chilli paneer was just full of strong garlic and so a little difficult to eat. Dining room also quite warm. The plumbing is a little loud so when the upstairs room has running water or flushes the toilet you can hear it if in the bathroom. To lock the door affectively you have to slam it which can be disturbing to other guests.
