Construction site across the pool starting alot noice from early morning. Blackout curtains doesnt keep out the light

Very clean, comfortable, accessible and complete with basic appliances and furniture esp. the kitchen.

Since we stayed for 4 nights, maybe the towels should be replaced every 2 days.

My husband and I stayed over 2 weeks at Jaz Stays. It was clean and spacious. Our host Angie would call to change sheets and towels after few days which we appreciated! We did not have to ask for anything. Will book again when visiting Bacolod!

We booked late but was still accommodated by the owner and even guide us to where we should eat, great person overall. Location was a bit exclusive since tricycle was not allowed on the vicinity but the location was just 5mins walk from the main gate of the place. A lot of food choice within the vicinity and outside. City hall is also near when you want to unwind, it has a park like area with seats. Overall defi recommended when you are around the area or bacolod. Not so happy about the traffic though good thing all you need is just a walk away from the hotel.

The hotel is very elegant, clean with complete facilities, good location, friendly staff. The room is big, clean and organized, very cozy and relaxing, complete amenities, bed is very comfortable, good price. The owner is very accomodating and responsive in all my queries. Highly recommended.
