You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 250 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. A surcharge of EUR 50 applies for arrivals after check-in hours. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. Please note that bed linen and towels are not provided. Guests can bring their own or rent them at the property for the following extra charges: Bed linen: double bed 15€ per stay, single bed 10€ per stay. Towels: 10 Eur per person, per stay. Please contact the property before arrival for rental. A deposit may be required at the property.

Nice kitchen and balcony Fans in 2/3 bedrooms

Main problem: Difficult garbage disposal when visiting for only a few days. Garbage disposal is good if you stay for several weeks. Staff NOT helpful with this. No kitchen knives to cut bread, meat or vegetables makes cooking difficult. No dish cloth makes i difficult to do the kitchen after each meal. Bedside lamps are missing. Loud, the smallest noise is heard throughout the appartment. Fast check-in and check-out if you pay 120€ for cleaning service, otherwise you have to pickup the key at the office. This is mentioned after booking and payment. Bus service to the area are sparse.
