FRSi vous recherchez un hôtel simple, pratique et confortable pour une étape à Cusco, Casa Real Hoteles nous a parfaitement convenu pour une nuit. La chambre ainsi que la salle de bains étaient spacieuses et propres, le lit confortable, et nous avons apprécié la présence d’un chauffage d’appoint, très agréable compte tenu des températures fraîches. Que ce soit à l’accueil ou au restaurant, le personnel s’est montré courtois, professionnel et attentionné tout au long de notre séjour.
Nous aurions simplement apprécié un peu plus de pression et de débit d’eau dans la douche, mais cela n’a en rien gâché notre séjour.

IENelly, the owner of the hotel, is an absolutely wonderful person — very warm, caring, and incredibly helpful. From the very beginning she took great care of us and made sure we had everything we needed. She also helped organize additional tours for us at very good prices and was always available whenever we needed anything. The location is excellent, and there is also a large supermarket directly across the street, which was very convenient. Our room was very large, with a very comfortable mattress and plenty of storage space. Very good, fresh breakfast! We also really appreciated being able to leave our large luggage safely stored for two days while we were visiting Machu Picchu.
The only small downside was that the room was a bit cold. We asked for an extra blanket and received it immediately. I’m not sure what the weather is like in Cusco over a longer period, but perhaps some heating would make the stay even more comfortable. However, this is only a very minor issue — the place still deserves a 10/10!

Habitaciones extremadamente frias y muy ruidosas (discoteca cerca y se oye el ruido del piso de arriba). El desayuno escaso en variedad y cantidad, hay que ir temprano. /!\ servicio de lavandería al doble de precio que el pressing express (que tarda 2h) de la puerta de al lado. El hotel devuelve la ropa aun mojada tras 24h.

FRLa literie est très confortable et le personnel très aimable . Le petit déjeuner est correct.
La douche ! Pas d'eau chaude et la propreté laisse à désirer.
