Very cold in the rooms, no heaters provided
CAWe loved the location and how most of the staff were friendly and welcoming.
We didn’t like the fact that the rooms were really cold. I say rooms because we were accompanied by 2 other friends and they had booked a separate room in this hotel. We asked for a solution to the same and one of the staff mentioned he can get us a portable heater for $ 20 which we declined as it wasn’t big enough to heat up the room. We also never got an official receipt for the hotel payment of USD $ 136 even when asked for it multiple times including on what’s app after we checked out.
